ISMSPL consistently innovate its services, delivery, processes, and approaches to ensure best training to its participants. For same, efforts are made from time to time to focus on holistic development of a student or cadet and not just focusing on the academics. Along with all these we also regularly conducting Management Development Programmes (MDPs), Soft Skill based Workshops/Seminars for mid-level to senior level executives of Shipping companies and will be soon extending such programmes to organizations outside our premises.
To create an effective fleet of seafarers, training and development is crucial. Legacy ensures that all their seafarers have attended to both theory and practical based courses along with state-of-the-art training facilities and simulators, to ensure development of proportional and career oriented crew.

Periodical Review and Information updates on Statutory, Regulatory and Principal’s requirements.

Thorough planning and implementation of Training strategies as per standards prescribed by National and International Organizations such as IMO and specific requirements of our Principals.

Futuristic approach in preparedness for any eventualities with meaningful training in terms of Quality Health, Safety and Environment as applicable.

Periodical Review and updates on Infrastructure, Management Systems, Training and Awareness programs to ensure adequate competencies, skills and medical fitness of seafarers.
